Justice for Mother of EIGHT being Falsely Accused

On December 14th, 2018, my mother was arrested by the Kalkaska Sheriff’s Department, at her home in Fife Lake, MI, a town the resides in Kalkaska County. For the past six months, she has been and still is incarcerated in Kalkaska County Jail, with an outrageous bail of 500,000. Not only has had to live under circumstances no one should be subjected to, regardless of who the person is, she is being falsely accused by a corrupt court system that is incestually intertwined with its sheriff department and correctional officers. Directly before her arrest date, she was a cooperative key-witness in a trial, as well as the heinous crime that she had no involvement in. The two defendants were rightfully charged, prosecuted, and found guilty by a jury because she was asked to testify by the same courts she’s now being prosecuted. One of the convicted felons, in the case my mother had testified in, and a man who is also being charged with the same alleged crimes also have a role. The complaining witnesses and alleged victims are the children of a woman who also has a child with the now convicted felon. In addition to being falsely accused by the courts and the man whom she testified against’s family, she does not have the money to pay for her lawyer. A lawyer whom wants to fight this case for her because he sees the wrongful and unjust actions against my mother, and his client,. In order to proceed in court as her attorney, he needs to be paid but also needs money in order to start personal investigations into the seemingly criminal actions being made by Kalkaska county courts, Kalkaska county sheriff, and Kalkaska county jail—in hopes of creating a better and justice oriented legal system and ensuring these types of false accusations don’t happen is someone else based on a vendetta by the court and their officers
