Tortured at age 15yo

Hi, my name is Rose, I live in the Philippines, I’m asking for your help to give my brother a proper burial.

My brother Carlos B. Loteriña, our youngest, was murdered and tortured at the age of 15 years old for unknown reason. He is working at one of the camp in the Philippines, he buys food and wash dishes in the camp.

On October 16, 2018 morning, while I was working, my brother called me and said that he received a message thru facebook messenger that our youngest brother was killed and he was missing for three days before his body was found near a subdivision. We don’t want to believe it and want to make sure it’s true, so we immediately went to Carlos residence to find out if it is true. We found out that it is real.

One of the person at where Carlos is residing said that 2 of his work mate that he is dead. After we found out that he is dead, we went to where Carlos work as a helper and was told that they don’t know anyone with a Carlos, even though from Carlos friends said that he works inside the camp.

On October 16, 2018 evening, We went to the police station to ask if they know anything about a dead body found on a subdivision. At first, they don’t want to show the pictures because how graphic the pictures are and we have to beg for them to show it. While we are looking at the pictures, we received a chat from Carlos facebook account that we can find Carlos corpse at St. John Paul Funeral home.

We went to St. John Paul and find out that Carlos was autopsied without authorization from us. We will have to pay 35,000 philippines pesos just to get him out of the funeral home.

We are asking for any help to get him proper burial and to give him justice.

We are still searching for answers why did they TORTURED and KILLED our youngest brother at age 15yo?
