Justice For Joe

Joe was falsely accused of molesting a child that he helped to adopt with an ex girlfriend but was never able to get any kind of legal rights to her. He stayed in the little girl's life to support her and be a father figure to her because he knew that she would need him and by that time he had been around long enough that it could have been tramatic to her to lose him as her dad. Joe is now being held in jail simply on a four year olds extremely detailed testimony weeks after the fact after she was questioned numerous times and her story changed several times with each questioning. As his fiancée I have evidence that proves his innocence and should exonerate him. However no one will take the evidence from me and the state refuses to look at the evidence and is instead charging him with some very gruesome charges based on this little girl and her mother. There is a lot that doesn't make sense and it is my aim to get someone to listen to what I have to say and accept the evidence that I have proving his innocence so that our family can move on. I appreciate your help in making this happen not only for Joe but as a testimony that people want their rights protected, especially when accused of a crime. There should be a fair investigation done from the beginning for Joe and that goes for anyone. People shouldn't be going to jail over circumstantial evidence at best. I will stop at nothing to make people realize the unjust ways of our justice system. See it or not, this affects you!
