Justice For Francisco

Francisco is a very highly respected man that was wrongly convicted of crimes he did not commit due to a tainted jury. The judge denied to strike a juror that admitted that she could not be fair but was allowed to sit on the panel. The detective that took over the case did absolutely no investigation whatsoever when it came to arresting my husband. He did not collect any evidence of any sort. At trial we also had multiple witnesses saying he didn't do anything wrong but yet the jury still came back with a guilty verdict. The jury used only their biased opinions instead of looking at the facts and knowing there wasn't any evidence to back up the state's claim. The lawyer that we had retained did not do his job at all and acted as if he didn't care what happened to Francisco. During trial our lawyer would not cross examine or argue anything that the prosecutor had brought up. He did not fight at all for us even though he knew his client was innocent. We need help raising funds so that we can hire a lawyer to appeal and another lawyer to try the case again for us. Francisco is a very highly respected man and everyone that knew him was shocked when he was convicted because they knew the justice system tainted this whole case. Please help us get this innocent man back home to his family.
