Justice for Elisha and Tasha

This is Nathalia Elisha Lauchengco Siguen, 1 and 3 months old was diagnosed of Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is a condition in which the ductus arteriosus does not close. and other than that she was also diagnosed of Pneumonia and shortage of oxygen and was given a blood transfusion in her days old in this world, she spent her life for 2 to 3 weeks inside the Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and she survived it all. Truly a "MIRACLE BABY."

After monitoring and having check-ups for 3-6 months the PDA is still there and it didn't close but it got small that makes us relief somehow. She took medicines if chances of luck could close the PDA until she gets 1 year old. But after her Birthday Oct 7 , the PDA is still there and now needs to be closed by a PDA DEVICE or a CORK LIKE metal that should cover the hole of the open artery.

We then now seek for Doctors advice's. We have given ASSURANCES AND SAFENESS OF 100% FOR THIS KIND OF PROCEDURE.

The fact that they gave you ASSURANCES that you DON'T HAVE TO WORRY IT WILL JUST TOOK 3 DAYS AFTER THIS YOU CAN GO AND YOUR BABY WILL GAIN WEIGHT.

But things didn't work this way. THE DEVICE THAT WAS PUT IN MY BABY'S ARTERY WAS DISPLACED and they didn't know why they just explained out of 100 to 99% BABIES. My BABY was the unluckiest ONE THAT WENT THROUGH THE PALPAK OPERATION THAT THEY DID.

And of course WHAT TO EXPECT? They just explained after my baby's death on January 16 - 11pm they just showed their faces on January 24 - 3pm. IMAGINE??? 8DAYS? BAGO NILA I-EXPLAIN SAKIN???

TAKE NOTE: AARALIN PA DAW NILA YUNG NANGYARI SA ANAK KO. Yung ibang files na kailangan namin ang sabi "They are still fixing things." Paano kayang FIX ang gagawin nila doon? From January 16 sa mismong palpak na procedure date wala pa din yung final documents naginawa? NAKAKATAWA AKALA ATA EH UTO UTO AKO. SIGE LANG. Paki igihin lang ung makatotohanan ha.

Kaya ka nga pumunta sa ospital para ma-ayos ka, magamot ka.

PAPASOK ka sa OSPITAL na BUONG BUO, WALANG MALUBHANG KARAMDAMAN, WALANG SAKIT. Tapos lalabas ka na lang ng WALANG KALABAN LABAN, PATAY KA NA?

Sana nga't mabasa niyo to dahil ALAM NYO!!! at ALAM KO!!! ANG TOTOONG NANGYARI, LALABAS AT LALABAS ANG KATOTOHANAN. WAIT AND SEE!!!! DIYOS NA ANG BAHALA HUMATOL SA INYO!

NAGPAPAKILALA AKO BILANG INA, LUPUS SURVIVOR NA NA-IRAOS KO ANG ANAK KO NG BUONG BUO AT MALAKAS! ISOSOLI NIYO NG WALA NG BUHAY. WALANG HIYA!

AKO SI ANASHTASHA LAUCHENGCO! At hindi ako titigil makamit ko lang ang nararapat na HUSTISYA sa anak ko, walang muang, walang kalaban laban, at higit sa lahat ni hindi man lang niya ako nahalikan at hindi man lang ako nakapag-paalam sa MALAGIM NA TRAHEDYA na ginawa niyo sa anak ko.
