Justice for baby Piotr McHale who died an appallingly brutal death on the 28th March 2009

On the 28th March 2009, my baby son Piotr died a brutal and painful death, just days before he was due to be born, due to massive head and internal injuries. His death occurred in Poland, and from the start his Mother, with the assistance of the Polish State through local Police and Prosecutors tried to create a situation where I could be blamed for his death, once that very deliberate attempt was shown by all Medical evidence, and all other evidence, to be entirely false, baseless and untrue, indeed a fantasy created by his Mother, a fantasy created by her with the sole aim of diverting attention away from herself and her actions in the days prior to Piotrs death, the Polish State then did everything possible to cover up their failures following Piotrs' death, to prevent me from getting to the truth about my sons death, and to protect the person I believe to be responsible for his death.. In June 2012 a Polish Judge found that Piotrs Mother had , when making statements under oath, been guilty of a "typical manipulation of facts", once she became aware of the results of the Pathologists post-mortem, something that, according to the Judge, "can not be tolerated in any criminal proceedings"....to you and me, she had committed perjury to cover her own actions and responsibilities in connection with Piotrs death, but still the Polish State authorities refused to act against her, and refused to permit me, Piotrs Father, to pursue Justice.

His Mother has since been convicted of a number of crimes which she committed against me, including a violent assault, theft and more. I detail this in one of the blogs listed below.

I, Piotrs Father, was denied all of my legal rights by Polish authorities, those authorities threatened me, abused me, attacked me (again, see one of the blogs below), they violated their own laws and duties, and have continued to do so for 9 years. I have fought through, and won, many many Court cases, I have beaten the system so many times, only for that same system to again violate its own laws in an attempt to overwhelm me and stop me fighting for Justice for Piotr, and for myself. In this, whenever possible, I have been assisted by the Irish Governments Dept of Foreign Affairs.

I now find myself facing having to go to the Polish Supreme Court, and very possibly the European Court of Human Rights to get the truth to be revealed, and for those responsible to be held to account for their actions over the past 8 years. Those who should have helped me as a Father, those who should have investigated Piotrs death properly (or at all), but never did. Those who committed too many crimes to list. It is these potentially huge additional financial burdens that I am seeking assistance for now. The amount sought here is to supplement the approximately 150,000 I will have contributed myself to this case going forward. Up to now, I have spent well in excess of 150,000 over the years, including some 11,000 for translation services, which the Polish State, despite legally being obliged to provide to me free as an EU citizen, has utterly failed to do, just another abuse of my rights.

I have 30 days to file my case with the Polish Supreme Court, else it will be time barred, and if I fail to take this step, then I cannot go to the European Court at all. This is my son Piotr, this is his brutal death, this is the 9 years I have spent fighting for him, his memory and myself. I have done most of the legal work myself to this point, appeared at and represented myself in the Polish Courts for years, but the Polish Supreme Court is beyond my capabilities, I need assistance from experts, Constitutional Lawyers, who are few and far between,

On the night of my son Piotrs' death, I held his broken, battered and lifeless body in my arms, and I made him a promise, I promised him that I would never give up until I had gotten to the truth, I promised him that the person responsible for his death (and those who failed in their duty to save him), would be held to account for their actions, and had obtained some small measure of Justice for him.

I have suffered hugely with my health over the last number of years, and indeed financially as well, my life has been taken over, and my losses incalculable, but I must keep my word to my son. Even his grave has been desecrated, which I show in the photo montage in the blog below , and when I reported this to the Polish authorities...they did nothing. I kept Piotrs' grave as beautifully as possible, only to arrive one day to find everything gone, including his headstone, but in Poland, they will not permit me to replace it because (according to them) I do not have the right paperwork...this is my experience in Poland.

I have been writing a number of Blogs about this entire situation for about 5 years now, and ask that before considering this request, that you read them to get a fuller picture of what has been done to my son Piotr, and to me. They are incomplete, as there is so much information to provide, and of late my health has been poor.
