Dear Sir and Madam,

I'am requesting help and assistance in the roof repair of a commercial property purchased for taxes. I'am a 58 year old secretary. August 2009 due to the illness of prostate cancer and death of the President of the architect firm Of The Owens and Woods Partnership, I found myself without a job, Mr. Owens and Mr. Woods started this firm 41 years ago, with the death of Mr. Owens Mr. Woods decided to close the doors. I applied for my unemployment and started my job search, mean while trying all options I requested my 401k funds to invest in a state tax commercial property in November 2010 to create a job for myself and employ. I aquired the papers to the property in October 2010.

The building needed roof repair before we could proceed with other repairs being it was wet inside the building. I hired a contractor (AGB Builders) to repair the roof, one week later after he repaired the roof we had the deadly tornado, April 27,2010 in Birmingham, Alabama my daughter was inthis tornado and she lost everything, my daughter moved with me until she could get resources to recover, the rain storm caused the roof to leak again, I contacted the contractor about the leaking, I have a years warranty on his work, He promised to come out and repair the leaks being this was the first rain in order for him to check to see if the building was repaired. He never did repair the roof after countless telephone calls and he changed his telephone number. He is a licensed general contractor in the State of Alabama. By this time I have exhausted all of my funds, I'am no longer getting unemployment. 

My goal to renovate the property has not come true, now in my third year with the property just sitting because I can't get the roof repaired and the taxes are due, I'm about to loose the money I have invested, and my 401k. My request is help and assistance to repair the roof.
