Just For James Burns

James is a twin born 13 weeks premature. Both James and hes brother were under 2lb in weight which caused complications resulting in James being diagnosed with cerebal palsy which unfortunately has affected James mobility and he is unable to walk. He is now 14 years old and has been accepted as a candidate for a revolutionary operation in America which could could perminently rid James of he's spasticity and enable him to walk. The SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy) will give James a better quality of life . Unfortunately it is not cheap and we need to raise 45k for him to go ahead and have he's dream of being given the chance to walk. Please help us to help James :)
