Juneldé Mignon van Loggerenberg is a 3 year old survivor of a near drowning accident at her South African home. She has spent the past 6 months in hospital and now needs to start transitioning back to her home. This means significant funds (more than $5,000 per month) are needed to accommodate her medical condition (feeding and care).
