Jun has passed away this Morning at 8:43 AM. We whole-heartedly thank everyone that has sent us encouragement and support in these trying times.

Jun’s Fight Against Covid

This Campaign was for Apolinar A. Panado and his fight against Covid.

Apolinar A. Panado (67), or “Jun”, is a strong, caring, and wonderful husband to Van (61) and father to Ivan (32) and Jan (28). Family and friends can attest to Jun’s strong spirit despite his personal circumstances.

He got admitted to Makati Medical Center's Emergency room on the 6th of August 2021, Friday. The hospital initially diagnosed him with a case of Pneumonia, but upon later diagnosis was found to be a severe case of Covid.

Donations

We are raising ₱ 2,945,183.50 ($ 59,058.88) to help Jun fund x-rays, expensive medicines, cover laboratory tests, and other medical needs. Please help us bring him home.

So far we've managed to pay off around ₱350,000 using a credit card, and we're currently processing financial assistance requirements from charitable organizations like PCSO, DSWD, Makati Social Welfare Department and asking for help from local government officials, but we are afraid that it is sorrily not enough as the bill keeps going higher with every new procedure that they are performing so he can fight against the disease, we are afraid that we won't make it in time.

We are humbly reaching out to all of our relatives and friends in this time of dire need for financial assistance. Be it ₱10, ₱100, ₱1000, or any amount that is not a burden to your personal finances would be a great blessing for us.

Jun was in an Isolated Intensive Care Unit that doesn't allow outside visitors and companions. Though it is very frustrating because we want to stay by his side, at the end of the day when we've done all we can possibly do, we can only pray and put our faith in the doctors and nurses that take care of him.
