JC is 26 years old father of a 9 month old baby girl named Alexis claire. He is the Youngest son in his family and the only one working. even though he has a family of his own he never forgets to support his parents and siblings. He had a motorcycle accident last February 14, 2017 while he was on his way home from work which resulted to the dislocation of his lower spine and his left feet he is now confined in vicente sotto memorial hospital and waiting for an operation. he isn't able to move his feet due to the damage in his spine. he is a very responsible person and respected by his peers. we humbly ask for any amount to help his family in financing his upcoming operation. we are knocking in your hearts to please help in any way possible for he is the breadwinner in his family.
