Campaign Story
For many Ecuadorian children, school is never an option. These children spend each day working in the streets and markets, selling goods with their parents to help their families have a source of income just enough to get them through each day. This project focuses on providing these children with some enjoyment in their lives, along with education, and offers them new opportunities and perspectives on life that they otherwise would not have been exposed to.
From late-June to July 2019, I will be serving as volunteer with International Volunteer HQ in Quito, Ecuador. Through this work, I will give children the opportunity to have some fun and receive an education.
I am very grateful to all contributions to my fundraiser, as this money is going to enable me to help the children even more than I am currently able. All donations will go towards the cost of my program and a portion of my flights. Every dollar counts! I am so grateful to have been given this opportunity, and am very excited to embark on this mission in Ecuador. Thank you!
