Juan’s journey in fighting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

My son Juan first got sick from muscular disease in kindergaten but since he was a toddler the simptoms already occurs like slow start in walking, frequent falling and a spesific way of getting up from sitting on the floor.He's lab test shows his creatin kinase or CK level is really high and this indicates he is suffering from muscular disease that effects only boys known as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Now Juan is in 2nd grade Primary School, and he has looses to maintain his ability to walk even standing up and ofcourse he has looses his ability to rise from sitting on the floor.  Even his back bone already form a C shaped scholiosis,this makes him harder to walk and now Juan uses wheelchair to help him moving. Pediatrician told us there is no medicion to cure DMD, the only way  to help them is therapies. Juan has been in therapies such as hidrotherapies also physicaltherpies but the cost is really expensive for us since it is not covered in our insurance, so halfheartedly we 're stopping any kinds of therapies and do it by ourselves at home. Off course the result is not maximum because his condition is downgrading faster than we thought. We really wanted to start giving Juan therapies again but need all the help from your money donation for our son Juan.
