Help me help my wife

My wife has done so much for me throughout our entire relationship. I'm disabled and haven't been able to work for years due to my horrible type 1 diabetes. I'm still young so it's so hard seeing my wife do everything she does for me knowing I can't do anything for her in return. So I want to surprise her with the ring she's always wanted. I'm trying to cover some of the cost but I am asking if anyone please would help cover some too, anything at all would mean so much to me. Thanks. -JT
