JP needs $1,500 for a colostomy closure.

JP is a 7 year old boy, the youngest among three siblings. He lives together with his parents and siblings, his father is working as a farmer and his mother as well, their crops are corn, nuts and other kinds of vegetables which his parents are selling in the market and earns at least 150Php a day, that daily income is use for all their expenses which includes, school, household necessities and most especially JP's medical needs.

JP is a loving kid, he is also a helpful kid to his parents, JP loves to wash the dishes, sweeping the floor and fetching water since their source of water is deep well. At his young age he is really industrious according to her mother.

JP was born with imperforate anus, immediately after birth, JP was rushed to the hospital by her grandparents leaving her mother who had just gave birth to him, he immediately undergone Colostomy to excrete his fecal discharges through an opening on his abdomen. JP experiences frequent Diarrhea and Dehydration due to his intestinal problem, due to difficulty in digesting of food such as meat and nuts.

JP needs to undergo PSARP and Closure to be able to excrete feces normal through his rectum, PSARP is a surgical technique used by our surgeons to correct a variety of anorectal and cloacal malformations and the last surgical treatment that JP needs is the CLOSURE OF his Colostomy, wherein the patient does not need to wear his Colostomy bag anymore because he can normally excrete his feces through his rectum.
