Dear sons and daughters of God
I am a 22 year old daughter of God who’s heart is full of thankfulness for Dad’s amazing grace in my life! I just want to glorify Him in all areas of my life and make the most of every opportunity joyfully in ceaseless prayer for the furthering of His Kingdom! My home language is Afrikaans and I am a citizen of South Africa. I have just finish with my last exam of my education degree at the University of Stellenbosch.
I have asked the Lord to give me the words to share with you. Mere words cannot express what is on my heart, but I trust that Dad will lead me as I am trying to depict my heart that I would like to share with you.
It is strongly on my heart to give Christian hip hop classes. Unity is very strong on my heart. The aim is to encourage people from different races, cultures, income groups, ages, genders, denominations, etc. to get involved. It is a great opportunity to disciple in the group and then encourage each person to disciple someone else which will cause a ripple effect with eternal value. The lyrics of the songs are also very solid Biblical and Christ-centered songs. The dancers will then be learning scripture as they are practicing and performing on it. When we perform in front of others I believe that the Lord will use us to encourage others as they see us joyfully and passionately worshipping our King. It would be amazing to afterwards facilitate conversations and Q and A’s. It can include themes, such as our identity as children of God, and continually share the Good News of Jesus Christ our Lord!
The Lord also placed on my heart to give Christian Art classes from next year. It is a great opportunity to encourage others to engage with God’s Word creatively. Art is a great way to depict part of the beauty of our Lord Who is the Author of beauty. It will also serve as a form of worship to our good Father! The people attending can also use the artwork to share God’s Word to others without Bible-bashing them. I am so excited to start! And I would love to share it with you!
It is really on my heart to go from next year in full-time ministry. I have to however work back my education bursary at a school in South Africa for three years or I can pay it back. At the end of August the Lord spoke to me while I was spending time with Him and He asked me to trust Him wholeheartedly; He will provide! I just got this massive assurance and peace. I have never in my life been so sure of something. God has been opening doors in miraculous ways! He said to me to ask fellow brothers and sisters in Christ for funding. I will then be able to pay my bursary back, as well as the interest free loan I have. It will also help with my everyday living expenses and help fund the various ministries opportunities the Lord will bring over my path to partake in for the furthering of His Kingdom for His glory!
I hereby by faith share my heart with you via this video. I believe that the King will provide in amazing ways! Ultimately, everything we own is His. He is sovereign - our great and faithful Provider. In Matthew 6:33 is an amazing promise of the Lord “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” I would also love to create a Facebook page and Instagram account to keep you all updated on where and how the King will be using me, as well as to start a blog, YouTube channel, etc.I would like to encourage you to please pray about my request. By funding me you are also partaking in the furthering of the Lord’s kingdom here on earth!
A last request, could you please pray for me that the Lord will guide me in all His wisdom in all the decisions I have to make so that everything will glorify Him. That I will be obedient to go and do whatever He wants me to do; to boldly proclaim the Gospel in love and gentleness so that others will know our Lord by God’s grace! To make disciples and help others mature in Christ, etc. I am only a broken vessel being used by our King. As in 2 Corinthians 12:9 “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
I am so massively thankful to be used by Dad as an instrument of encouragement; to love others with God’s love and to spur them on to live for our King! And also, to be active in His Kingdom and not trying to build their own kingdoms. This world is full of people who have so much sadness and emptiness. God opened my eyes all the more to how many people don’t know Him and are yearning for Him. Let’s hold hands as daughters and sons of the King and ask Him for wisdom in how to share in love and gentleness the Good news of Jesus Christ our Lord! To not be selfish and keeping it to ourselves. Let’s serve and love joyfully for His glory!
you so much for listening.
(In the video I accidentally said "Ultimately everything we own is God" instead
of "Ultimately everything we own is God's" - I sincerely apologize.)
