Our dear friend Joyce is an awesome woman. She is in charge of community projects in Kenya as well as assists in orphanages. She unfortunately has fell ill and desperately needs gallstones removal operation. She is in a great deal of pain, and is short of cash on her operation by 2500 dollars. Please assist this wonderful woman.please.
