Journey To Become A Teacher: Tuition Fees

Hi. My name is Cleopatra. I'm a 23 years old females from South Africa. Born and raised in Pretoria. A few months ago I was reunited with my aunt after 8 years. She shared her dreams of me becoming a teacher. U fortunately on the 17th of June 2019 we lost her.

My aunt had told me that she would pay for my tuition fees if I applied to study to become a teacher. During those few months of getting to know her, i fell inlovewith teaching. She was a teacher herself whom unfortunately could not teach anymore due to her medical condition. I realised from her that I could be a wonderful teacher and make a difference in children's lives

I listened to my aunt and i decided I am going back to school. I applied at the University Of Kwa-Zulu Natal, University of Free State, University of Limpopo and Cape Peninsula University of Technology for BEd qualification.

I hear by start this fundraiser because the one person who had promised to cover my fees is now nomore. I reach out to you, to donate whatever amount that you have or can afford to donate. A dollar can go a long way.

In the gallery I have attached screenshots of pictures if tuition fees and accommodation fees. The rest of the money needed after covering tuition and accommodation will be for living expenses. Below is how the money will be spent.

R156000 will be for fees -$11233

R130 000 for accommodation- $9360

The remaining money will be for living expenses such as transport and food.
