Josiah Smith was taken into hospital on Friday 11th April. He collasped unexpectedly at his moms house, for 15 minutes he lacked oxygen and the paramedics had to resuitate him on their arrival. Upon arrival at the hospital due to complications Josiah was placed in a coma.   Since then Josiah has had numerous test and doctors still cannot find what made his heart stop.  While in hospital he has developed chest infections, pneumonia and various other complications.  This time has been very hard for the Mason, Smith and Carby family. His girlfriend is finding it extremly stressful as she also has 2 very young children (both under the age of 2) with Josiah and another on the way.  Josiah is the main breadwinner in the household and as you can imagine with him being in a coma unable to work this too can be a added burden. We (the family) are hopeful Josiah WILL recover but are unsure as to what challenges he will face when he comes out of the coma. No matter how small your contribution is we are truly greatful, it will be goin to Josiah's family to help with any thing he may need on his road to recovery.  On the family's behalf we are truly greatful.
