With his great desire to help the family as the eldest child. As an persevering son, he wanted to meet the requirement in criminology. Which was to lose weight at around 20kg. He wasn’t eating, he kept fasting, until he was able to lose 19kg in just a month. Then on April 26, 2021 (Monday) Joshua complained of stomach ache, then a headache the next day he kept on vomiting. However they were hesitant to bring Joshua to the hospital as they are short in budget. Then on April 28, 2021 (Wednesday), Joshua had a fever, became nauseous and also felt an increased pain in his stomach continuously. That’s when they finally brought him to the hospital. He was diagnosed with stroke, little did they know Joshua’s heart enlarged, his veins (in the brain) have already ruptured...he was then proclaimed dead on April 29, 2021 (Thursday) at 4:30 am.

On the way to the hospital, Joshua was still worried on all of his exams and homework online that he needed to accomplish, he never stop thinking of his future, to help his parents, their family. Joshua is an aspiring son who just wanted to provide the life they deserve, despite all the hardships he encountered.

Joshua’s father is a carpenter which had lost his job due to the pandemic and somehow a part timer in a farm. His mother is our long term helper, and he also have a sister who’s still a high school student.

As Joshua’s wish, this fund raising would mean a lot to his family, since they still have debt on his recent hospital bills, memorial funds, and for their chance to get up, and build a new life where Joshua wont be in anymore. We are humbly knocking on your kind heart to please help their family. I am Stephanie, who was just a kid when his mom started working for us. She’s the best helper that we’ve ever had and is still staying with us for years, we love and treat her like a family.
