Joseph’s Community Outreach Center

We are a  Non-Profit organization known as Joseph’s Community Outreach Center, Inc.  Our mission is: “to make the apparently unattainable attainable for the most disadvantaged areas of society, where help has not been previously offered, in order that each person assisted may move towards fulfilling their God-given potential.  Our target populations are those members of the community who may be living at a physical, mental, spiritual or economic disadvantage.  We desire to truly make a difference and therefore give those that we are able to reach a chance to become the person that God designed them to be.  To be able to bless someone and watch as they blossom into that individual that they are destined to become is truly a blessing.” 

Emergency Community Resources Program

 We will help identify all possible local area assistance programs that an applicant may qualify for and assist them in the application process for these programs, including but not limited to housing assistance, food assistance, utilities payment assistance, and other programs that are available.  Our objective will be to develop partnerships with other area assistance programs for the purpose of bettering the economic, physical, mental and spiritual status of those persons seeking assistance, with a goal towards each person developing economic, physical, mental and spiritual self-sufficiency.  Our desire it so provide a service that helps build a bridge between the person’s need and the person’s self-sufficiency in a manner that treats each person with the dignity they deserve.   

We're living in more troublesome times, and there is a stronger need due to high unemployment in our country right now for Christians to outreach to and support their communities.  People in our communities are frequently in need of food, clothing, or assistance to find work, amidst many other things.  Joseph’s Community exists to make the apparently unattainable attainable for people in need to the best of our ability, with God’s help.  We hope you will join us!
