I am writing this letter in absolute desperation for support. My brother Jonathan Cruz was advised to undergo bypass surgery at the Philippine Heart Center which will cost $20,000++
Due to the current situation, our family is not capable to fund his medical expenses. We are knocking on your hearts to help us save the life of my brother. We will greatly appreciate your support by donating any amount before end of April 2021.
