Let's help Jomar recover and get back on his feet again!

Jomar was diagnosed with Pott's disease last January and his family badly needs financial help for his medication. The funds that will be donated will cover his therapy, monthly zoledronic infusion, medicines and etc.

A short back story on how this all started:

He first experienced back problems in June 2022. He didn't think it was serious at first, but as it got worse, he couldn't sit or lie down correctly and decided to see a doctor to have his health checked. Since the initial doctor thought it might be cancer, he sought not only a second or third opinion but even seven medical consultations. All of them confirmed that he has cancer but were unable to pinpoint the particular cancer issue. He had to go through a lot of radiation and testing, but they were all ineffective. His diagnosis of Pott's disease, the most deadly type of musculoskeletal TB, came when he finally made the decision to see his eighth specialist, an orthopaedic surgeon. He has already lost sensation in his legs and is paralyzed from the waist down around this time in December. They spent a significant amount of money in his testing, therapies, and daily care. In this difficult moment, he needs us. A strong support system will speed up his swift recovery from his illness.

A short background about Jomar:

Jomar, also known as Momang to his co-workers, has worked alongside us for more than 10 years in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. When you're around him, he'll crack jokes to keep you laughing and cheer you up. He is such a joy to spend time with. He doesn't ask for favors very often, which is one quality I admire about him. He is so determined and independent aside from the fact that he gets sulky when he gets "no" for an answer so he would rather accomplish things on his own.

As a friend, He is a friend that you can count on. He is always there to make you feel better when you are stressed. He is a genuine and thoughtful friend.

As a son and a brother, he made sure to do everything in his ability while he was still working to support his family.
