Hello!! I'm Lukas Grande Jimenez. I'm a young social activist for justice, equality and freedom causes in Colombia. I was defendant in a payment process' case promoved by an illegal creditor who sequestrated my goods by judicial order, including some of them destined for religious cult. A lawyer told me that a legal solution could be demanding an article of Procedures General Act (article 594.10), which advices an inequitable rule. Then, I need your help for presenting a request before the Constitutional Court against an Act that rules that promotes inequity into religious communities, because only of that groups who have a special agreement with Colombian state can be protected by judges in execution's procedures.
