John Knospler

Update posted by Stephen Komorek On Sep 12, 2018

Many people have writen the Governor of Wyoming, and the DA in regards to the case of John Knospler. For that we thank you.

Many of you have read my article concerning the investigation and are outraged.

Even if we disagree with others, or do not like a certain action; we must still show respect.

Some very nasty letters have been writen to public officals in the state of Wyoming from people concerned about John Knospler.

John Knospler is a Marine who has always tried to show respect to others. John does not want nasty letters to be written on his behalf.

We can disagree, not like a certain action or event, and can still be respectful.

The best way to get a person to listen to you is treat them with respect and form a logical statement or argument and try to bring them to your side of thought.

I have many colleagues, friends, and even people I don't like disagree with me. I still treat them with respect.

We ask everyone writting to Wyoming officials to do the same, treat others as you would like to be treated

Stephen Komorek - John Knospler's Private Investigator.

I have posted an update on my linkedin. I have also included the "for public release" report which is a over 100 pages!

The evidence clearly shows that the DA used false and misleading testimony and evidence. The Wyoming Crime lab used "opinion" testimony and testified that he had NOT seen the evidence and had only been told about this case. The members of the jury report that if they were told about the missing evidence it would have have changed their verdict. There is much much more...
