John Buchanan Conviction Appeal

In September 2019, John Buchanan was convicted of sexual assault in a Montana court district with a high false conviction rate. We, his family and friends, assert this was a wrongful conviction with no evidence supporting the accusation and the court denied the Defense use of evidence that would show his innocence. We are raising funds for his Appeal.

At John's request, all funds not directly used for John's Appeal will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. John's son is a childhood cancer survivor.
