John and Caroline’s Wedding

John and  I have known one another for 16 years and reconnected 5 years ago when he was my groomsman at a wedding. When I saw him again for the first time it was like a fairytale. My heart stopped and I remembered being a 15 years old with that funny feeling in my stomach and having no idea what it was. Everyday since has been just as much a fairytale. I've never known a love like we have for one another. Long story short I lost my job last May along with my health insurance. Brief medical history,I have diabetes and history of thyroid cancer. So you can imagine the cost of health insurance and the monthly cost of medicine and doctors visits. So we decided to tie the knot so I could get on his company insurance. In South Carolina you can marry via notary for $20. Prior to we had always discussed doing it this way and saving money for our dream wedding. August 13, 2014 I married my best friend and the man of my dreams.Here we are we today planning our wedding party for November 6th 2015. Living in Charleston SC we are quickly realizing it's almost impossible to afford a wedding in the most desirable place to be married in the world. With me still being out of work and bills and medical cost building up our dream wedding seems out of reach. My parents are unable to help because my father who is out work is also suffering from Multiple Myleoma,a terminal illness.  We set our budget at $7,000 and it seems the venue is eating much of that . Soo please if you can help our make our dream wedding 16 years in making come true any amount makes a huge difference! I want to make this the most special day of his life. He has done so much for me and I could never begin to repay him for all the love and support he has given me.
