Campaign Story
First of all thank you for visiting my fundraising page, I know that there are many requests for sponsorship for worthy causes.
This year I'm raising money for a cause a bit closer to home - last year my friend Jodie was diagnosed with cervical cancer and as a result of the treatment Jodie had to have she is unfortunately unable to conceive. The doctors were able to remove and freeze some of her eggs prior to the treatment so she will be able to use a surrogate in the future.
Thankfully Jodie was given the all clear in December and I'll be running for Jodie & her partner Jamie to hopefully contribute to the costs of freezing the eggs and a surrogate. All donations will be added to Jodie's fertility fund.
· First run - July 7th - Blackheath Race for Life 10K
· Second run - October 6th - Royal Parks Half Marathon
