Jocelyn’s Cancer Fighting Fund! Please help her fight the big C!!!

My family and I would like to reach out to anyone who has a kind heart to help my sister who is currently battling the fight against breast cancer. My sister Jocelyn Godoy Flandez, a teacher, a wife and a loving mother to 2 daughters, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer Stage 3 (Advanced). She is in the midst of ongoing treatment and like any other cancer treatments, it is financially challenging. She went through series of neoadjuvant chemotherapy sessions and just recently a major surgery. Unfortunately, not all cancer cells were removed during the surgery. Chances of spread is high and she is expected to go through another set of adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy sessions to remove the remaining cancer cells.

It is really hard to prepare for something that can never be foreseen and such situation is really taking a toll on our entire family. My sister is determined to win this battle for us and her family. She is very passionate with her teaching and if all goes well, she will continue to make a difference with the children in our community.

However, the emotional state of my sister and our family is only half of the battle. With the upcoming treatments and sessions the medical bills are already starting to pile up and this is where we are really needing any kind of help. My family would like to ask for your kind heart for any means of financial help. Any amount would be a big help at this point.
