I aspire to start my own business in Phoenix, AZ as convenience store.  This convenience store will provide services such as money transfer, money order, bill payment, lottery, event tickets and more while providing products such as quick grab items, small grocery and general merchandise.  My goal is to employ 14 disadvantaged people at the first location.  Profits made from the business would support expanding the business to a national level employing 14+ people per location.  In addition, 10% of all profits will be designated to helping other disadvantaged people through charity.

The reason I choose Phoenix, AZ is because I currently live in Norfolk, VA and desire a fresh start in life while helping others.  I have been to Phoenix a couple of times and find it to be a beautiful place where people are not stacked on top of each other.  Being located in a major metropolitan area will mean a higher success rate and higher profitability.  In addition, I am an asthmatic who has found it to be easier to breathe in Phoenix.

I pray that you would contribute anything within your capabilities to helping me fulfill my mission to bring jobs to the disadvantaged.  Every person who contributes to this cause will be publicly acknowledged in the grand opening ceremony.  I ask that you share this fundraiser with all of your friends and family.

Your contributions will go towards the following:  Equipment, 5 Weeks of Payroll, Legal Fees and Licensing, Construction, and Working Capital.  The current price tag for this project is $1.3 million, however, some of the equipment costs could not be calculated in because without having a building to work with, refrigeration and restroom partions cost quoting must wait until construction start.  If you would like a summary of the current cost projections, please feel free to email me and I will send you our current quote breakdown.  Any contributions that are left over after the Grand Opening will be donated to a non-profit organization that provides long term solutions to disadvantaged people.

The benefits of a "paid-in-full" project means that the company will not have to focus on equipment leases and loan repayments.  Instead, the company is able to focus on profit, which means that the company will be able to grow quickly and focus on getting people back to work.

We ask that you would help our cause by donating any small contribution you are able to afford and by telling your friends and family about us in hopes that they too would kindly contribute as well.  Share this page on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.  Above you will find the tool needed to share our page and help make a difference.

I cannot wait to get to Phoenix and start this life changing project.  With you, this dream will become a reality.  Any assistance you can provide will be of great use.  Thank you so much for your support because together, we can get America back to work 1 store at a time!  See you there!
