Campaign Story
With a growing number of healthcare workers, especially nurses, lacking a permanent employment status, well defined career progression and a good working environment, less and less prospective students in the nursing field are interested in a long-term commitment to the profession, consequently, the perception towards nursing as a Nobel profession has being totally eroded. This has directly affected the patient-nurse relationship.
We aim to rekindle the passion for nursing by sustaining our campaigns #beinganurseiscool , and creating a bridge between the professional and relevant local and international institutions that offer options in career advancement for nurses!
