I - Group Joel Muleia Lda Trading as (JM Group) - The duly registered and incorporated company under the laws of Mozambique acting as an umbrella for many companies in the same as the main vision and promoting international investment entities coming to invest in Mozambique under the system created by JM to facilitate the process. All this came from an idea with zero cost or without any funds at all and I create ideas with high vision to generate income to help those indeed by creating work opportunities and inspire talents.

II - PROJECT - "Investing in NDT / Inspection Company" I plans to open a company for NDT / inspection as the area of experience and training and with good business relationships with key customers that will support using these services. Currently Mr. Joel .T. Muleia holds MT, PT, VI Level II in the line of NDT / Inspection and MBA.

III - The NDT markets can be classified into two categories; Inspection of equipment and services. The NDT equipment market is a market well researched and understood with well-defined products and technologies. As a result, often the market contribution of inspection services and of the personnel gets overlooked. Although the advancement of NDT technologies provides an undeniable boost to the industry, the importance of actually implementing these technologies and analyzes the data to provide actionable intelligence is of equal importance to the industrial world.

IV - The NDT inspection services market is huge, not only from the point of view of revenue, but also from the point of view of competitors actively involved in this industry. It is also one of the few markets that perform impressive results despite the global economic crisis. To accurately understand the main factors behind this relatively impact, it is important to understand how the revenues are generated from an end-user perspective. The revenues generated by third party NDT inspection service providers can be targeted as being derived from CAPEX (capital expenditure) and OPEX (operating expenses). Revenues derived from CAPEX involve NDT inspection during construction of new projects, as OPEX comprises inspection during the operational maintenance of the already constructed infrastructure, which is generally based inspection accordingly. Now, an economic downturn will have a significant impact on the side of CAPEX but less than or negligible impact on business OPEX side. During an economic crisis, most industries try to cut costs by postponement or cancellation of new construction projects. So if revenues are largely being generated CAPEX the side, then any economic instability is likely to have a significant negative impact. On the other hand, if revenues are generated from OPEX side, end users are required to perform the inspection, despite financial constraints.

V - NDT and its Benefits Non-destructive testing is a descriptive term for the examination of materials and components in such a way that allows the materials to be examined without altering or destroying its usefulness. NDT or NDE may be used to find, locate and size flaws in the surface and sub-surface and defects. NDT plays a crucial role in the life of every day and it is necessary to ensure the safety and reliability. Typical examples are found in Aviation, Space Ships (shuttle), motor vehicles, pipelines, bridges, trains, power stations, refineries, buildings and oil rigs, which are inspected using NDT. NDT is a quality safety management tool that can give impressive results when used correctly. It requires an understanding of the various methods available, their capabilities and limitations, knowledge of the relevant standards and specifications for the tests. Materials, products and equipment that have not complied with the design requirements or projected life due to undetected defects may require expensive repair or early replacement. Such defects can also be the cause of unsafe or catastrophic failure conditions, as well as the loss of revenue due to closure of unplanned plant. Non-destructive testing can be applied to each stage of construction of an item. The materials and welds can be examined using NDT and or accepted, rejected or repaired. NDE technique can then be used to monitor the integrity of the article or structure throughout its useful life.

The above methods are not applicable simultaneously, depending on the material / equipment with your procedure as per the requirement and these methods are applicable to piping, tanks, lifting equipment, boilers, Steel Structures, Cylinders line welds, Crank-Shafts, Rail and more where we inspect defects in industrial welding, cracks detection on metal surfaces, lack of fusion welds in pipes (Butt / Plats / Flat Welds) more successful that does not give a good performance in special equipment or components leading to failure and cause damage that goes with its high cost in a business.

IX - We are and will be the solution to the mention above and we will ensure our efficiency in our services to ensure the quality of production. One of the main factors and the domination of the system and market knowledge that is open for these services in Mozambique that makes me move forward in this area and with remarkable projects and development of key sectors.

We will also be committed to train Mozambican youth to be involved in this process, as this stage in Mozambique only has less than 10 technicians with minimum knowledge in this field and most of them are not qualified as the cost for qualifying is very high.

The newly registered company will be based in Matola alongside major customers such as Mozal, to give rapid response in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and this place is strategically for engineering / metallurgical enterprises and have a presence on site and we also we will focus outside Maputo and the provinces to participate in all customer needs.

We will respond to the nearest customers of the country like Swaziland, Zambia, Tanzania, Malawi and Zimbabwe in the Sugar Mills and including SABMiller Offshores/onshores and related projects, as most of the clients depends on South African companies for NDT/Inspections. Mozambique still uses the services from outside as well. We will reduce the cost of our customers and provide quality services on the international standards, mainly creating work and development.
