Hi! my name is Jimuelle Ben Ciriaco, a 20 year old student, and i was diagnosed with a stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Anemia secondary to Chronic Glumero Nephritis last February 2016. Due to kidney failure I was advised by my nephrologist to undergo in a Hemodialysis Treatment (twice a week). Wherein, including my maintenance medicines and other required medicines, it cost me to spend approximately 10,000 pesos weekly.

I was strictly advised to undergo in a Low Salt, Low Purine Diet, and it also includes a limitation in my water intake, a maximum of 1 liter a day to avoid the fluid to go in my lungs or heart. And eating instant food, canned goods, preserved food, meats (like pork and beef) are prohibited.

At this point, I am no longer in catheter, my dialysis treatment are now in my AV fistula, an surgical operation where artery and vein were sew together. wherein, every dialysis, nurses attached two needles (15mm in diameter gauge size and 25mm in length).

This campaign is for my desire to undergo in a Kidney transplant, wherein it enables me to return my student life, finish college and pursue my dreams.

Thank You for considering my campaign.God Bless You
