The Couple: James Lee & Jill Johnson
The Plan: To have our wedding day, May 11th, 2013, following college graduation on May 10th, 2013.
The Event: A thirty minute ceremony followed by a two-hour reception with food & beverages for around 50-75 people.
The Reason to Seek Funding: With graduation looming we are planning a major move to a different state, which is very costly. Also, previous funding options have recently become unavailable to us. We have put off our wedding too many times and we would love to have our big day while we have the convenience of having our families in town for graduation the previous day.
Extra Info: Three-thousand dollars might not seem like it would buy a very extravagant wedding, but we are quite content with a low key shindig with our closest friends and family. With having lost our funding options all of our current money would go towards starting our new life together, and we are even putting our honeymoon on hold for a while, as well as our plans to buy a second car.
I can't begin to thank everyone who donates, or would considering doing so, enough. But, from the bottom of my heart, and with great appreciation from my lovely fiance, Jill: THANK YOU X10!!
