Jeymer leyto nephrotic syndrome patient

His name is jaymer 4 years of age, From sablayan occidental mindoro. He was diagnozed w/ nephrotic syndrome, (Kidney failure) wherein some of his body parts including his private parts starts to swell due to kidney damage. At age 4 he's already high blood. They were told by the provincial government that they will give an assistance thru guarantee letter, however the procedure that needs to be done requires cash (P40,000). The boy along with his mother came all the way from occ. mindoro to see if they can get financial help from government. They will be able to get 5000 cash from PCSO but still its not enough to cover the expenses he needs for the biopsy. This kid is not in anyway related to me and as much as I want to help him financially but I couldn't. To my friends, families, I'd like to personally ask for your assistance.
