Jesus Says So

Our first device is designed and currently prototyping. This device attaches to an Arduino UNO compatible MCU and is based on Cleve Backster's finding how to electronically observe the real-time response of a plant to a known person's sentiments, such as the gardener's. The project that this device is a part of is based on Jesus' declaration that those who have faith and doubt not will do as He did to the fig tree - He made it wither overnight with His word that it not bear fruit ever again. Although the tree's real-time response could have been observed immediately with a training device such as we are prototyping, those present with Jesus then had to wait until the next day to see any visible change.

In addition to declaring this, Jesus went on to say

"...also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done." (Matthew 21:21)

We at A Reviving Civility believe, as precept upon precept, line upon line, and here a little, and there a little (Isaiah 28:10) learning to effect a plant as Jesus did can be that first step we need toward doing greater works He said we would do, even casting a mountain.

For proof of concept until we develop our own videos, YouTube has allowed to remain a couple videos that show Mythbusters obtaining positive results experimenting for this type of plant response when they used the proper instrumentation. This result was not acceptable to Tory, who changed instrumentation in his bias and, with no surprise, lost the ability to observe real-time plant response. To find said video in YouTube, perform a YouTube search of "mythbusters primary perception". The video length is about 5:31, and the positive result in it is at 4:34.

As the Bible tells us in James 2:5, God has chosen the poor of this world rich in faith. That fact puts this project in a difficult position because it will best serve those who cannot afford to buy the device. We will have to develop novel support plans to make the project financially viable.
