Jess & Blake Bushfire Appeal

My friend, Jessica Blackwell, and her young son Blake have lost their home and place of business to the bushfires, still raging in the Perth hills. They need your help to see them through these immediate days and weeks, as they begin the slow process of rebuilding their home and lives.

Jessica is a small business owner/operator. She's an active member in her local community and in the equestrian community in Perth. Jess had been busy helping others evacuate their horses when her own home came under threat from the fires.

In the immediate short term Jess needs to find accommodation for herself and Blake as well as their horses and cats. They'll need to start from scratch, buying kitchen items, clothing, shoes, and all the essentials of daily life.

Fires create a heavy emotional and financial burden. Together, we can alleviate some of the stress that they will face as they begin to rebuild.
