A Soccer Dream

Hey everyone,

My name is Jermaine Thompson. I'm a 24 year old student at G.C. Foster College in Jamaica. Currently in the Physical Education and Sports program and in my last year. Besides a student I am on the G.C. Foster soccer team as mainly a goal keeper but play center back as well. I would love to become a coach and pass on my love and knowledge of the game but my first dream would be to become a professional soccer player overseas. My biggest supporters (my parents) have always been by my side helping and pushing me to do what I love, but between helping pay for my sister and I to go to college the necessary funds aren't always there. I would love to make them proud and they would love to see me happy and pursue something I love. I decided to try something on my own and create a go get funding page.

I came across a great opportunity to prove how much talent and how much I want this at an upcoming soccer showcase held in December in Florida through AX Soccer Tours. This showcase will have many scouts and agents from all over like MLS, Denmark, Sweden, USL, etc.

One thing you should know about me is soccer is my life and so I'm here asking all my friends and family to help support me and my dream. Anything and everything helps. If you cant financially thats ok sharing this would also be appreciated. I would be forever grateful.
