This campaign aims to help my cousin Jeremy Raguingan who was diagnosed with valvular heart disease and aortic regurgitation and is in need to undergo an open heart surgery for his safety. He has been in and out of the hospital for a year now and all of our resources has been used up.He is currently confined in Saint Paul hospital in Tuguegarao City in Cagayan Valley, and is supposed to undergo an open heart surgery in the Philippine Heart Center. We knock on your good hearts to prolong the life of my cousin. Thank you in advance.
