I have been suffering from Mitral Valve Prolapse (Heart Disease) and Endometriosis for years now. I have undergone surgery. My right Fallopian tube and ovary were removed due to Endometriosis. I've been under treatment since 2016. My doctor asked me to make a decision. I have 3 choices, to do another surgery to remove my existing endometrial cyst (which may eventually recur as long as I have ovary), to have my remaining left ovary, Fallopian tube and uterus removed or to try the next steps of fertility treatment.

My partner and I have been under medicated cycles for almost a year now. My doctor's goal is for me to get pregnant because it may help with my endometriosis case. We have lost all our finances in trying everything to heal me. Our next step is to try IUI or IVF but we don't have enough funds anymore.

My partner and I are working but our salary goes to my maintenance medicines and we can't move forward to the next steps. We have even cancelled the planned wedding we had been working hard for. We saved for years but we ended up using it for my surgery and our medications.

I will have my HSG on the 2nd week of May 2018 and our 1st IUI is supposed to start on June 2018. We are still trying to beat the deadline.

I am young at 24. I've been suffering all kinds of pain since I was 14. I only have one dream I want to be fulfilled, TO BECOME A MOTHER. Please help me achieve my greatest dream.
