Hello, I am Jesus Joseph C. Mendoza (Jay) , a PWD & recently had a stroke . I need continued medication for my stroke, rehabilitation,, and a brace/orthosis for my left leg. I am a single dad to my daughter. I wish to go back to my work but still unable to at the moment due to my health condition. Your help will complete my rehabilitation, medical treatments, and gain my strength with the aid of knee-ankle-foot orthosis. Thank you & God bless your good heart!
