Jaw surgery and university fees

Hello everyone, my daughter had corrective jaw surgery last month. We have been planning this since she was 8 years old. She had problems breathing and eating properly but we needed to wait till she has grown up and her bones have stabilised before undergoing surgery. Between surgery and dental braces the bill has ran up a huge stack so I have come here asking for any donations . I am a single mother with two children and I are planning to send one of them to university two years from now he is currently studying mechanical engineering at singapore polytechnic and wants to continue on that route in university but i am not sure if i can afford it so once more any donations to help cover the surgical procedure and help send my son to university will be greatly appreciated.
