JAPA Initiative

The purpose of JAPA Initiative is to impact young people in their own neighborhood and communities. The rate of deaths among young people is out of control.

If we meet young people who are of any age and are perceived to be in danger of physical harm or fatality, the initiative is to intervene with any resources available; including but not limited to alerting authorities - parents, officials, police - of the evident danger. It is felt, that children are not obtaining proper "supervision/observation" by concerned adults. In the community I grew up in, concerned adults alerted us and others of possible danger! This is not occurring. The main goal for the Initiative:

To instill in affected persons specific behavioral actions, through straight talk and common sense values-based methods capable of producing positives outcomes of change; thereby improving the quality of life. Extracting through specific awareness techniques, individuals held captive by current trends of upheavel in youth-based methodologies.

This is a 2016 function, at my home-church that I am presently bringing together, to reach out to the adjacent neighborhood and community.
