My Weight Loss Story

Hi I’m Janja Wills, 33 years of age and I have a Daughter of 7 years old. I’m a friendly, loveable mother and would give the world to help people in need. I have weight a year back 186kg and know exactly what it’s like to go through such a horrible situation, so I decided to change my life 3 years back, I lost a tremendous amount of weigh 96kg and I’m aiming to become SA’s number one Fitness Model….

I want to tell u a bit of my story: I get one Question quite a lot: Why did u get so big? Well I will say it comes from my child hood and as u grow bigger by die day u just stop caring about ur self as n person, I can tell it was so bad that there was a part in my life that it was too much to brush or come my hair…..I was a bid body stuck in a shell and just wanted to come out and I didn’t know how, then I got divorced and it was the best decision I could have ever made in my life and that is where my life changed a year back….I went through quite a lot in my life and I think all the eating comes from that…ur basically looking to cope with all ur problems in ur life and I coped by eating the whole time…

I have been big my whole life and I know what it’s like to be fat as a kid and to be autist with u it’s no life I wane give to a child.. U just don’t have a child hood, u don’t have a teen age life… u never go out like everybody else does… u just make ur self-happy with food, u have no life a s n woman… It’s hell to be in a body that big, in a mind that small, being judged all the time, I actually had one guy tell me one day; I was sitting in the car and I didn’t had any food for the day so I just ate and he stands at my window car and scream at me “STOP EATING B@#CH”, HIM IN HIS MINS COULD HAVE NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH THAT WORD HURT DEEP IN SIDE AND HE DINT EVEN NEW WHY I GOT THAT BIG…..

Then I get a Question: What made me turn my life around? I ate a bread and a pack bacon in the afternoon myself and that day I made my normal routine with the bacon and bread and as I took the first bite it felt like in goanna get a heart attack and that is where I decided no more…I have a daughter that doesn’t have a Father and soon she will sit without a mommy to….so I stared my journey and I just kept pushing up un till today….

Why this fund raising is important to me… my aim is high and I need surgery to remove my lose skin, I did went to a doctor as yet and have seen him right through my journey, as soon as I reached my goal as n Fitness Model I want to start a institution for children to lose weight, I think if someone focus on the children of our future our world will be healthy….I want to bring out a Book on weight loss and tell my whole story to the world…..

My life has one huge improvement and I want to take it to the next level, I want to be the Girl that changes children’s lives from a small age and teen agers and Adults….I want to make a changes in the world by just being me and live the life God has plead out for me to do in his will….

This is just a small part of my journey, there is so much more to know…..

This is my aim:

1. Personal Trainer

2. Have my own Institute helping children and teen agers to reach their Goals in Life

3. Bring out a Book on weight loss…..

4. BECOME SA’S NO.1 FITNESS MODEL…..

Thank u for the time reading my story
