UPDATE:

We praise and thank God that He sustained Cicil through 6 cycles of chemotherapy! It was a difficult experience, but He saw her through! We also thank you, whom He touched to provide financial support. Cicil and we, her friends, are amazed at how He used different people to be channels of His blessing. The battle is still ongoing, though. The next step is surgery, to remove Cicil's left breast. She also needs to continue her Herceptin treatment to reduce the risk of breast cancer recurrence after the initial surgery.

Initial cost of surgery is P250,000 and her Herceptin treatment costs P42,000 per vial.

We continue to pray that God will continue to use you to provide for Cicil, financially and through prayers.
