WHO AM I
My name is Marsha, I am 32, the primary caregiver to my 77 years-young mother who has stage 6 of 7 vascular dementia and I'm also a student, working towards a career in social work. (If this works, I will be donating to the (Alzheimer's Association of Montreal)

THE SITUATION
A few years ago, I had to stop working to take care of her needs. No problem, I went back to school (online). I want to work from home but... would I be taking on too much? Either way, I need help. I'm trying to get a consistent homecare nurses and everything else my mom needs to maybe smile again.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE
*Thank you for your continued interest*
Being the youngest of three, I was the first to be forgotten. She still has lucid moments, but my mom usually sees me as her roommate with the same name as her daughter -did I mention she lives with me! My siblings, 1 has children and does what she can and the other... Barely even calls.

I'm trying my best, but it doesn't seem to be enough. This is my life - no partner, no kids, just being the overseer to my mother's health, wellbeing, finances and other. It's a privilege, though, isn't it? *sigh*
