Hi my names is James Jones I am now 66 years old and I am medically retired.

I was falsely Indicted for exercising my Constitutional and legal right to notice a public bond with a distress. The judge denied my due process and ignored several U.S. Supreme Court ruling. There was no other recourse for me.

At the Mohave County Grand Jury on February 12, 2015 Mohave County Chief Deputy County Attorney James Zack pulled the wool over the Grand Jury by asking leading questions of Mohave County Attorney Investigator Steve Auld causing investigator Mohave County Attorney Investigator Steve Auld to bring false declarations before a grand jury. A federal offense. Mohave County Chief Deputy County Attorney James Zack brought perjury and false testimony to the Mohave County Grand Jury attempting to gain probable cause so he could obtain a false indictment, which he did.

On going legal fees and a retainer fee of $5000.00 are needed to pay an attorney to help me through the mine field of rules.

Yes my due process was denied me by a corrupt court here in Mohave County Arizona. I am Shocked by the fraud presented to me in this case. I though I lived in a free country.

Please help me in my fight to overcome Mohave County's injustice, to restore my reputation, and to send a message that fraud and tyranny in our courts is not tolerated in any way.

Due process is the cornerstone of our great country. American Jurisprudence and U.S. Supreme Court Ruling have been ignored by a rouge judge, the county attorney and county investigator, thinking they are above the law and can do what every they want.

Just a few examples of law:

16Am Jur 2d., Const. Law Sec. 70:"No public policy of a state can be allowed to override the positive guarantees of the U.S. Constitution.

"Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S., 137, 174, 176." All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void"

Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S., 436 at 491 (1966):"Where Rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them."

My you be blessed for your donations to help.
