At just 2 years old, Jacob had to undergo 2 major surgeries to have his tumor removed twice, in which he had to lose one kidney.
Due to his specific current health condition, little Jakov must IMMEDIATELY go abroad to continue his treatment.
The family is missing another 5000e urgently and can take him for further treatment and start the necessary therapies.
Therefore, more funds are needed that cannot be raised without your help. BIG HEARTS!
