Jake, Jade and Freddie – family start up fund

Dearest Friends and Family

I probaly don't need to tell you what a really tough couple of years it has been for Poonie's eldest son Jake, first he loses his beloved mum and now he is looking at a kidney transplant..... However there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Jake and Jade have been blessed with the most adorable son Freddie and will soon be moving into their own council house. I thought it would be a real help if we could pull together and create a little home start up fund for them, with Jake's condition he has been off work and he won't be match fit to do a lot of the stuff that needs to be done when moving into a new home, not to mention cover all the expenses.....

If you feel minded to, it would be very much appreciated if you could donate a little someting to this initiative and give them a boost to set them on the right path for their new home.
