Jada Sibbley NY Trip

Good Day ....

My name is Jada Sibbley (17 years old) and I have been invited to attend the International Modelling and Talent Association (IMTA) taking place in the United States of America (USA) in July 2021. I am looking to raise R80 000 (eighty thousand rand) to help me pay for this week long convention (which covers travel and accommodation).

However having said this , any donation would be highly appreciated.

I am currently represented by the 33 and Me Talent Agency, and successfully made it through the International Arts Talent Showcase of which the IMTA in the USA is the next step. 33 and Me manages and represents a diverse group of talent including actors, models, singers and dancers and their goal is to help all South Africans makes their dreams a reality.

It has always been a dream of mine to be part of the modelling industry for many reasons; not only will I be able to showcase and represent many different brands across multiple industries, but it will also allow me to showcase who I am as an individual – a fierce and confident young lady who works hard to achieve her goals. It will enable me to continue inspiring young people, especially young ladies and to show them that their dream are valid and achievable. Working with the youth is something close to my heart and something I enjoy doing through attending the YOLO Youth Ministry; it allows me to walk with them on their journey of self-discovery and fulfilling their purpose.

This opportunity is bigger than just me and my dreams; it is an opportunity to proudly represent South Africa in an international event and showcase the diversity of our country.

During this one-week convention, I will have an opportunity to meet people from different countries and backgrounds, meet with new agents and it also presents an opportunity for me to get a scholarship at the New York Film Academy. This trip will stretch me and help me grow as an individual as well assist me in perfecting my craft.

I am writing to humbly request sponsorship or a donation towards this goal. Unfortunately, my parents are unable to afford this amount as my mother is currently unemployed and my dad is the sole bread winner.
